My wife and I began looking for our first home earlier this year and we began using Charlie Eavenson and Home Gold Realty as our realtor. We could not have had any better of an experience.

As I am working full time and going to school as well, Charlie was extremely flexible about when and where we would meet. He was always available for any questions or concerns that I had, even when they were not in business hours. His upbeat and encouraging attitude made the stressful time of looking for a home comfortable and enjoyable.

Nothing showed this better than when a seller of a home that we were very interested in suddenly backed out of contract negotiations without explanation.
